What Palm Beach adds to it
Miami-Dade and Broward sit inside the Florida Building Code's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Palm Beach does not. Palm Beach homes are built to the Florida Building Code's standard wind provisions rather than the HVHZ ones, so the questions a wind mitigation form asks here get different answers than they do sixty miles south — which matters when you are comparing quotes or reading someone else's report.
Palm Beach is the northern edge of where we work. It is a real part of our service area rather than a place name added to a list — and if a date does not work for the drive, we will say so rather than take the booking and be late.

Who does the inspection
Inspections are performed by a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, Lic. HI8162, and an InterNACHI member.
What we will not do
We do not repair what we inspect. An inspector who quotes the repair has an interest in finding it, and you should not have to wonder which it was.
