What Broward adds to it
Miami-Dade and Broward sit inside the Florida Building Code's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Palm Beach does not. Broward houses are therefore held to the same wind-resistance standards as Miami-Dade ones, which is the single most useful thing to know before you read a Broward inspection report — the roof and the openings are where the county's code history shows up.
If the house is going onto the market rather than under contract, the same inspection performed for the seller is a pre-listing inspection — find it before the buyer's inspector does, and negotiate from facts instead of surprises.

Who does the inspection
Inspections are performed by a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, Lic. HI8162, and an InterNACHI member.
What we will not do
We do not repair what we inspect. An inspector who quotes the repair has an interest in finding it, and you should not have to wonder which it was.
