The four systems, and why those four
A four-point covers roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC — the four systems that decide whether an insurer will write or renew a policy on an older home. It is not a home inspection and it is not a substitute for one: it answers an underwriter's question, not a buyer's.

Why this page is not three pages
A four-point is driven by an insurance carrier's underwriting, not by a county. The scope is the same in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and the carriers write across all three — so there is nothing honest to say on a "four-point in Broward" page that is not on this one. We would rather have one page that is true than three that are the same page with a place name swapped.
What you get
