What an inspection costs

“From” is the smallest property we inspect. What moves your price is the same short list every time: the property’s size, its age, its type, and which inspections you want together. Where a house costs more than the smallest unit, the table says so beside the number.
Where these prices apply
Broward and Miami-Dade. The price in that column is the whole price — one number, and nothing is added when we arrive.
Palm Beach. The price in that column is the whole price — one number, and nothing is added when we arrive.
Anywhere else in Florida. We do not turn the job away and we do not call it “out of area”. Fill in the same form and Jason confirms your price himself, usually the same day. You book from there exactly as anyone else would.
Vouchers
If an agent, a lender or a past client gave you a code, enter it on the booking form and the discount comes off the price you see before you commit to anything. A code never takes more than half the price, and there is nothing to claim afterwards.
Get your own number
The form asks for the address, the property and what you want looked at, and gives you the price on the screen. No callback, no haggling, and the number you are shown is the number you pay.
